What is coaching?

Coaching is an ongoing relationship between the coach and an individual or a team, that supports them in achieving extraordinary results in life, profession, business or organization.

It’s an interactive and creative process based on trust and transparency, and it creates a safe and courageous space for reflection, learning and growth.

In each session, the client chooses the focus, while the coach listens and contributes with observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and accelerates the client´s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice.

Coaching concentrates on where clients are today and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be tomorrow.


Coaching is an amazing journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

How coaching takes place

•Coaching is done either face to face or by phone with email contact between sessions. Both systems have proven to be equally efficient.

•The duration of the coaching relationship varies depending on the coachee’s needs and preferences with a recommended minimum of 3 months. Ideal frequency of sessions: two one hour sessions per month. Price per session: 80e.

•Coaching also takes place in between the sessions with actions, inquiries and constant learning.
